Contract | Hybrid - Central London

Altum Consulting are supporting a media organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme, driven by the introduction of new technology across the supply chain. They are looking to appoint a Transformation Lead to drive delivery across key areas including business requirements, new ways of working, supply chain operating model and change/adoption.

This role will pull together and lead several transformation workstreams, helping shape new ways of working while ensuring changes are effectively adopted across the business.

Key areas of focus will include:

• defining, leading and driving programme activity across all transformation workstreams, ensuring efficiencies are realised
• ensuring business requirements are effectively gathered and managing the interface between IT and the business throughout
• Engaging and aligning a wide range of business stakeholders across functions

• Facilitating the business to design new processes and ways of working
• driving the adoption of new processes, structures and ways of working
• Supporting the redesign of the operating model and new ways of working
• Producing and delivering programme updates and comms materials for leadership and the steering group
• Helping ensure key messages and programme updates are effectively communicated and cascaded across the business

The Person

We are looking for someone who can step into a complex programme environment and quickly build credibility across stakeholders.

The role will suit someone comfortable operating in a consulting-style environment, able to engage people, influence decisions and drive progress across multiple workstreams fast.

Experience should include:

• Programme Management and Governance across multiple workstreams but with no line management responsibility
• Exposure to supply chain transformation within the Media Industry
• Experience leading supply chain operating model design
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Strong communication skills, including preparing updates for senior stakeholders or steering groups
• Consultancy experience
