Finance Business Partner

Altum Consulting are working with a large media organisation and are looking for a Finance Business Partner for a major technology transformation programme. You will own the financial model and business case, providing insight and challenge to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes.

This successful candidate will be available to start work immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Transformation and Technology leadership to manage programme financial performance
• Own and maintain the business case and financial model, including scenario analysis (costs, benefits, cash, KPIs)
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, aligned to FP&A processes
• Ensure strong financial governance, including version control and change management of assumptions
• Collaborate with Finance teams and Group Reporting on forecasting and accounting treatment (e.g. capitalisation)

Key Skills & Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or CIMA) with 2 years' PQE
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills (advanced Excel; Power BI desirable)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint storytelling
• Proven ability to business partner senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
• Experience in technology or transformation programmes preferred
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
