Altum Consulting is partnering with a global organisation as they enter the critical execution phase of an organisational restructure. We are looking for an experienced HR consultant to partner with the leadership team and provide hands-on delivery support of the people change programme.

What you\'ll do

Partner with leadership in delivering restructuring activities eg. changes to reporting lines or redundancies.

Support line managers with conversations, transitions, and advertising/recruiting new roles.
Coordinate regional teams to ensure they deliver to plan.
Provide coaching, diary scheduling, and HR admin management

What we need

Strong HR background with hands-on change and restructuring experience.
Exposure to collective consultation and organisational change.
Practical, delivery-focused mindset - a "doer" not just a planner.
Confident supporting senior stakeholders and coaching managers through the change.
Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with resource-stretched teams.
