Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to lead the delivery of a multi-country Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation. This is a high-profile, mission-critical role requiring a hands-on leader capable of driving transformation, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful ERP deployment across multiple European markets.

The Programme Lead will act as the strategic and operational lead, resolving longstanding delivery challenges, mediating between technical and business teams, and accelerating go-live readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O across multiple European markets.

• Serve as the primary liaison between central technical teams, local business units, and implementation partners.

• Drive change management and operational readiness, ensuring all markets are prepared for ERP go-live.

• Mediate and resolve conflicts between technical and business stakeholders, providing clarity on system capabilities and operational expectations.

• Assess programme risks, dependencies, and gaps, and implement actionable mitigation strategies.

• Ensure consistent application of D365 F&O while accommodating market-specific nuances and regulatory requirements.

• Support senior leadership with reporting, programme updates, and governance.

• Mentor local project managers and change leads, strengthening capability within each market.

• Monitor and drive adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, with a focus on priority markets as proof-of-concept.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience leading ERP programme delivery, specifically D365 Finance & Operations.

• Experience in turnaround programmes or recovery of stalled ERP implementations.

• Proven track record of multi-country implementations, ideally in Europe.

• Strong experience in change management, operational readiness, and stakeholder engagement.

• Fluency in French (oral and written) is essential for engaging with key stakeholders.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex operational and system issues and mediate between conflicting priorities.

• Calm, pragmatic, and decisive under pressure, capable of driving results in challenging environments.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe.
