Job Title: Financial Analyst / Modeller (Short-term Contract)

Location: Remote / UK-based (flexible)
Contract Length: 3 weeks
Hours: Full-time or part-time considered
Daily Rate: £250-£300 per day

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst/ Modeller for a leading UK-based organisation in the creative and cultural sector to support a short-term project. This role will focus on financial modelling of organisational designs to inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop models that provide clear, actionable insights and support robust planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyse financial models to assess different organisational design scenarios.

• Provide quantitative insight to support decision-making around structure, cost, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with leadership and project stakeholders to understand assumptions and translate them into modelled outputs.

• Present findings clearly, with supporting narrative and visualisations where appropriate.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of all modelling work.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial modelling, scenario planning, or FP&A.

• Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modelling best practices.

• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently on a short-term project.

• Strong communication skills to translate complex models into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
