Jen has spent over a decade building a reputation as a market-leading recruiter in Finance and Accounting, with a strong network across Media, Technology and Consumer sectors. In her six years at Altum, she has overseen the Commerce division, where her leadership and drive have ensured consistent, high-quality delivery for clients ranging from FTSE-listed businesses to pre-seed start-ups. Jen has recently transferred to a Business Manager role where she is now focused on strengthening our presence across Europe.
