Interim M&A Analyst

Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Senior M&A Analyst to join a growing PE backed business based in central London. This role is for an initial 4 month contract with strong potential to extend.

Role:

• Perform market research and analysis, including analysis of key business drivers
• Modelling, competitive analysis, industry analysis and negotiation support
• Prepare detailed financial models
• Present scenario analysis
• Prepare valuation analysis
• Assist in the due diligence process.
• Prepare investment memos

You\'ll be/have:

• A Qualified Accountant
• Transaction Services/Investment Banking background
• Strong experience working in M&A environment
• Confident communicating to senior stakeholders
• Available immediately/short notice period
